Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fee

    We charge a flat fee of $1800 per report. This includes:

    • Two Structured Interviews (1.5-2 hours each, usually a week apart, can be done in one week when schedule allows)

    • Psychological screening

    • File reviews

    • Collateral information gathering, 

    • Correspondence with client's attorney,

    • Report Writing

    • Editing.

    Please note that we ask for a non refundable 1/3 ($600) of the payment to reserve your spot.

    Remainder payment by a credit / Debit/HSA card is due at the time of service.

    If needed, a payment plan is offered where the remainder payment can be divided by two equal payments ($600). Your clinician will collect each payment at the end of each interview.

    Please note that however payment plan you choose, we require full payments to be made before your clinician releases the report.

    Timeline:

    We proud ourself for our comprehensive report that attorney and court appreciate.

    It usually takes about 5-7 weeks from the first formal interview to generate a well written report.

  • Given the extensiveness of immigration evaluation. We generally do not accept request with a court date or deadline that is within two month of today. ( eg: If you reach out on 11/19/24 we generally won’t be able to accept your case if you have a deadline that is earlier than 1/19/25

    However, we reserve a limited number of spots for expedite services with an increased fee. The price for an expedited evaluation is $2700,

    where the report will be ready after 4 weeks since the 1st formal interview.

    Please mention that in the contact form and our clinician will reach out and let you know if they currently have any openings for this service.

  • We are currently considered a “Out of Network Provider” for insurance purposes. and do NOT work with any insurance directly. Generally, from what our clients tell us, it is a hit or miss for insurance when it comes to immigration evaluation coverage,

    We can give you a "superbill" (which includes session dates, diagnosis, and fees paid) for you to seek whatever reimbursement your insurance company may pays for "out of network" mental health services.

    We accept HSA, FSA, and HRA Cards so you can pay for health service likes this with pre-tax dollars.

  • Since COVID-19, we have shifted our practice 100% online by having HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for all sessions scheduled. We are actively adapting to the ever-changing needs of our clients and are pleasantly surprised by the added emotional safety of remote evaluation sessions provided for people.

  • No. Currently, we are only able to work with individuals that are 18 y.o and up. If you have a child or adolescent that needs therapy, I recommend you go to psychology today and set the filter up to search for a therapist that is specialized in working with children in your child’s age range.
